Legal, Ethics & Compliance AI Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI solution architectures to address client business problems and organizational goals.
• Integrate ethical considerations and compliance requirements into all AI technology strategies and methods.
• Clean, transform, and join messy, real-world datasets to support application and model development.
• Build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI applications including agents, copilots, and RAG pipelines.
• Identify and mitigate AI risks such as hallucinations, security vulnerabilities, and bias in real implementations.
• Perform build vs. buy assessments to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and business impact.
• Mentor and supervise team members on technical projects and solution delivery.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions.
• Experience in legal, ethics, or compliance functions including regulatory compliance, investigations, and risk assessment.
• Experience cleaning, transforming, and joining messy, real-world datasets for application or model development.
• Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications.
• Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python.
• Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications like agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines using platforms like Databricks (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree.
