Capability Development Specialist, Senior

What you'll do

• Lead the development and delivery of complex CNO capabilities from concept to proof of concept.
• Guide an agile team in developing exploit capabilities for Linux environments using DevSecOps processes.
• Utilize technical expertise to determine feasible solutions leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Mentor and elevate cyber personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Design and develop approaches for product security, including resilient cryptographic solutions and anti-forensic measures.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of software development experience using C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• 6+ years developing exploit capabilities for Linux environments.
• Extensive experience in Agile, SAFe, and iterative software development processes.
• Proven leadership as a senior technical mentor, elevating team performance and skills.
• Experience from concept to proof of concept for vulnerability exploitation.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel exploitation techniques, privilege escalation, and persistence methods.
