Senior Capability Development Specialist

What you'll do

• Lead an agile team of professionals through the full project lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
• Develop exploit capabilities specifically for Linux environments.
• Transition vulnerabilities from initial concepts to functional proofs of concept.
• Design and develop approaches for product security, cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measures.
• Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of technical work.
• Mentor cyber personnel and lead team members to improve technical depth and performance.
• Determine and implement feasible technical solutions for complex system requirements.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 8+ years of experience with software development using C, C++, Rust, or Python.
• 6+ years of experience developing exploit capabilities for Linux environments.
• 6+ years of experience working in Agile, SAFe, or iterative software development using Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Experience as a senior technical leader and mentor to develop cyber personnel and foster team performance.
• Experience taking a defined vulnerability from concept to exploitation proof of concept.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions for product security, cryptographic solutions, and anti-forensic measures.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Cybersecurity.
