Business Operations & Strategy Project Manager II

What you'll do

• Create and maintain an operating rhythm playbook for a growing organization.
• Manage programs for key meetings, forums, and technical projects.
• Prepare executive communications for strategic planning and business reviews.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to provide performance visibility.
• Use data visualization tools like Tableau to provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and confidentiality in all documentation.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts for new tools and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy is preferred.
• Exposure to project management concepts and supply chain processes is preferred.
