The Facilities Management & Real Estate/IT Project Manager joins the Digital Solutions team to lead infrastructure transformation initiatives across Facilities Management & Real Estate, Security, and Corporate Services. This role involves driving the end-to-end lifecycle and physical deployment of facilities technology, building security, and IT infrastructure solutions across major regional sites. Key responsibilities include backlog maturation, writing User Stories using Gherkin/BDD syntax, and preparing technical specifications for SAFe Program Increment planning. The successful candidate will utilize Jira, Confluence, Digital.AI, and Google Workspace to manage projects involving building automation, IoT, and OT systems. You will ensure all local physical and digital infrastructure implementations comply with global security and architectural guidelines while acting as a liaison between site managers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure unified project rollouts.
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle and physical deployment of facilities technology, building security, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Translate complex infrastructure requirements into structured User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin/BDD syntax.
Prepare technical specifications for SAFe Program Increment (PI) planning.
Build user manuals, design training plans, and host live demonstrations to maximize site adoption of smart facility tools.
Ensure all local physical and digital infrastructure implementations comply with global security, building standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Act as the primary liaison between site managers, security leads, vendors, and technical infrastructure teams to ensure unified project rollouts.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise Project Management and Digital Transformation focusing on Facilities, Real Estate, or IT Infrastructure.
Must have at least 3 years of practical experience working within a formal Agile or SAFe operating model.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must be able to work in a hybrid setup with at least 80% onsite presence in Mobile, AL or Grand Prairie, TX.
Must be able to travel independently up to 20% of the time to domestic and international sites.
Must have high proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Digital.AI, and Google Workspace tools.
