The Facilities Management & Real Estate/IT Project Manager joins the Digital Solutions team to drive infrastructure transformation initiatives across facilities management, security, and corporate services. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of physical deployment for building systems, IoT, connectivity, and operational technology. Key responsibilities include translating complex requirements into structured User Stories using Gherkin/BDD syntax, preparing technical specifications for SAFe Program Increment planning, and developing training plans to ensure site adoption of smart facility tools. The successful candidate will utilize Jira, Confluence, Digital.AI, and Google Workspace while navigating the Scaled Agile Framework. This position addresses the challenge of aligning regional infrastructure with global architectural standards, ensuring compliance with security and data privacy guidelines. The role requires expertise in building automation and ServiceNow workflows to solve complex multi-site integration problems across various manufacturing and corporate locations.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and physical deployment of facilities technology, building security, and IT infrastructure across regional sites.
Translate complex functional requirements into structured User Stories with clear acceptance criteria using Gherkin/BDD syntax.
Prepare technical specifications for SAFe Program Increment planning to ensure alignment with global architecture.
Develop user manuals, design training plans, and host live demonstrations to drive adoption of smart facility tools.
Ensure all local physical and digital infrastructure implementations comply with global security, building standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Act as the primary liaison between site managers, security leads, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate project rollouts.
What we're looking for
Must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise Project Management and Digital Transformation focused on Facilities, Real Estate, or IT Infrastructure.
Must have at least 3 years of practical experience working within a formal Agile or SAFe operating model.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have high proficiency with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Digital.AI, as well as Google Workspace.
Preferred certifications include PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
Experience with FMRE, Building Construction, Building Automation, or ServiceNow workflows is highly preferred.
Must be able to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to various regional facilities and corporate sites.
