What you'll do

Architect, engineer, and optimize full-stack data products and end-to-end decision support systems.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from consultative systems analysis to frontend application architecture.
Perform full-stack engineering for the department's analytics applications.
Engineer complex interactivity patterns and optimize end-to-end application performance.
Design custom data integration logic for specific business use cases.
Develop data transformation and ETL processes using SSIS and ADF.
Create advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Translate complex business problems into engineered technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
3 years of progressive experience in BI Engineering, Data Product Development, or Full Stack Analytics.
Experience independently architecting and managing the full lifecycle of complex data products from raw data to finished app.
Experience in data transformation and ETL development using SSIS or ADF.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL, relational database concepts, database programming, and data analysis.
Advanced knowledge of reporting, analytics, dashboarding, and data visualization concepts, specifically in Power BI.
Working knowledge of DAX, calculated measures, semantic models, or tabular models.
Excellent technical communication skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into engineered solutions.
