You must demonstrate expert proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and the full MS BI Stack, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI, alongside Tableau. Required skills include Star Schema and Snowflake architecture, ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps for Analytics, specifically within Epic Caboodle and Clarity environments.

What you'll do

Architect and engineer complex, enterprise-level data product ecosystems for value-based care programs.
Translate ambiguous business requirements into robust full-stack technical solutions.
Own the system architecture and performance strategy for complex data products.
Perform advanced SQL performance tuning and database optimization.
Design and develop data marts and data warehouse architectures using Star Schema and Snowflake models.
Manage the full MS BI stack including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and Tableau.
Implement ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices for analytics.
Formally mentor a team of engineers to elevate the department's engineering maturity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in BI Engineering, Data Product Development, or Full Stack Analytics.
Experience architecting and designing new, complex data solutions and data marts from scratch.
Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Experience formally mentoring other engineers.
Expert-level skills in SQL, ETL, Data Modeling, Application Design, and the full MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI).
Expert proficiency in both Tableau and Power BI.
Deep knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps for Analytics (preferred).
