What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions including databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
Translate complex business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical solutions and functional specifications.
Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Tableau to support executive decision-making.
Architect and manage end-to-end data processes including ETL, relational database design, and dimensional modeling.
Perform advanced SQL querying and data transformation on large, complex healthcare datasets.
Lead technical implementations and manage multiple simultaneous projects from initial concept to final delivery.
Assess technical applications for potential acquisition by evaluating functionality, integration requirements, and business value.
Provide technical expertise on business process improvements and system-wide metadata design.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
8 years of recent relevant experience.
Advanced experience with SQL Server, ETL, databases, data warehouses, and architecture.
In-depth experience in developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
Experience with Finance, HR, or Clinical data, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated expertise with SQL Server Reporting Services, advanced Excel features, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with large, complex data files, including analyzing file structures and transforming raw data into finished products.
Experience supporting regulated, highly available, or enterprise-scale environments (preferred).
