What you'll do

Provide end-to-end reporting and analytical services to internal business partners and leadership.
Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions including reports, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
Architect and manage data infrastructure such as databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
Transform raw data into finished products like trends and complex reports using SQL Server and advanced Excel.
Develop integrated business process improvement solutions using technology to support healthcare operations.
Translate complex data into management reports and presentations to influence decision-making.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects from initial concept through final implementation.
Train and coach team members while providing feedback to support continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
8 years of recent relevant experience.
In-depth experience in architecting and solution design using data management technology.
At least 6 years of experience developing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions including reports, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
Advanced experience with SQL Server, large datasets, and advanced Excel features is required.
Experience with Finance, HR, or Clinical data is required, preferably in the healthcare industry (preferred).
Proficiency in Data Warehouse methodology, dimensional modeling, and logical/physical data modeling.
Knowledge of Visio or other flowcharting tools.

Save
