Business Analysis Group Manager, SVP

What you'll do

• Lead a team of business analysts to develop and refine user stories for IVR, AI, and chatbot solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable analysis for engineering teams.
• Manage team operations including work allocation, performance evaluations, capacity planning, and staffing decisions.
• Provide analytical input to support investment planning and funding decisions for the Voice and AI portfolio.
• Monitor the status of concurrent projects to identify risks and escalate issues before they affect delivery.
• Define and uphold team standards for business analysis practices and output quality.
• Evaluate business decisions by balancing delivery pace with risk awareness and compliance obligations.

What we're looking for

• 10 or more years of experience in business analysis or a closely related discipline.
• People leadership experience managing, developing, and holding accountable a team of analysts.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of influencing and negotiating with senior leaders across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability using structured techniques to interpret data.
• Technical background with working knowledge of Java and mainframe application environments.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs and document requirements.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred); experience in IVR, Voice Technology, AI, and Chatbots (preferred).
