What you'll do

Map complex end-to-end transaction processing flows across multiple applications and financial asset classes.
Manage software projects on a monthly release cycle with minimal supervision.
Coordinate business requirement gathering between project managers, business users, and developer teams.
Define use cases, functional specifications, and test cases for every software release.
Present business solutions to client senior managers and optimize existing business processes.
Provide release weekend and overnight production support on a rotational basis.
Validate system functionality through comprehensive testing and complete documentation.

What we're looking for

Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, software testing, or technology delivery.
Experience within financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
Experience defining business requirements and creating technical specifications.
Experience supporting large-scale software application projects.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to work onsite 4 days a week and remote 1 day a week.
Availability for release weekend support and overnight production support on a rotational basis.
