What you'll do

• Develop insights and tools from large datasets using predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical forecasting.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, validate inputs, and detect process anomalies.
• Design and implement data-driven methods to track and measure strategic sales initiatives.
• Define key performance indicators and deliver dashboards to provide transparency into progress.
• Communicate complex analytical results and findings clearly to various levels of management.
• Advise business owners on experimentation, measurement approaches, and quantifiable goals.
• Strengthen processes and controls to ensure consistent and measurable business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages such as Python, SAS, or R.
• Proficiency with relational databases and strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in standard data mining and analytical methods.
• Technical understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and influence business stakeholders.
• Experience designing, building, and operating solutions on cloud data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Databricks (preferred).
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, interactive reporting solutions, or Alteryx (preferred).
