What you'll do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Data Center Engineering BIM and CAD systems.
  • Oversee owner quality reviews of CAD drawings and BIM models for large, complex projects.
  • Develop and re-engineer processes for documentation management and technical workflows.
  • Standardize documentation types, file structures, and naming conventions to ensure project consistency.
  • Consolidate design records and construction as-built information into accurate administrative BIM models.
  • Provide quality-reviewed BIM deliverables to facilities teams for operational use.
  • Manage the maintenance of digital assets to reflect current building conditions.
  • Research and implement industry-leading BIM technologies and automation tools.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in building-related 3D modeling for large, complex, MEP intensive projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM administration and tool automation.
  • Proficiency with drafting (AutoCAD) and modeling tools including Revit, Navisworks, and reality capture.
  • Experience with scripting and visual programming automation tools such as Dynamo and Python.
  • Detailed knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and integration with Civil3D and ArcGIS.
  • Advanced spreadsheet or database skills for data manipulation and project tracking.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
