What you'll do

Administer backend services for enterprise applications including Microsoft Exchange, Teams, and the Atlassian stack.
Manage SQL-based databases and license management systems like FLEXlm and FlexNet.
Configure, patch, and maintain cybersecurity tools such as Trellix, Nessus, and Splunk.
Troubleshoot complex issues involving service outages, performance degradation, and connectivity failures across integrated systems.
Implement backend security controls in alignment with NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, and STIG requirements.
Monitor application health by configuring dashboards and alerts to identify root causes of system errors.
Maintain technical documentation for backend architecture, configuration, and standard operating procedures.
Manage service requests through ticketing systems while providing clear status updates to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance at minimum.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs.
Must hold a Security+ certification or higher.
Must have experience administering backend services for at least two of: Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Atlassian stack, SQL databases, FLEXlm/FlexNet, or cyber tools (Trellix, Nessus, Splunk).
Must have experience administering applications on Windows and/or Linux/UNIX servers.
Must have experience with Active Directory, DNS, PKI certificates, and basic networking concepts.
Must have experience with server/client software installation, configuration, and patching in an enterprise environment.
Education requirements vary by level: Master's with 3+ years, Bachelor's with 5+ years, Associate's with 7+ years, or High School with 9+ years of experience.
