What you'll do

  • Deploy, operate, and maintain SharePoint services including load balancing, PKI authentication, and claims-based authentication.
  • Manage site collections, permissions, and access to O365 applications like Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.
  • Perform manual data migrations from older SharePoint versions to SharePoint 2019, SE, or SharePoint Online.
  • Oversee SharePoint projects including major version upgrades, routine maintenance, and expansion of capabilities.
  • Manage SQL clusters supporting SharePoint farms, including regular patch maintenance and configuration.
  • Resolve complex technical issues by distinguishing between isolated user problems and enterprise-wide system failures.
  • Update Knowledge Articles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operation manuals for 24/7 triage support.
  • Conduct data searches and purges to comply with cybersecurity, legal, and FOIA requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience, Master's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High School Diploma with 12 years.
  • Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (or TS/SCI with willingness to complete a polygraph).
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification requirements, such as Security+, Cloud+, GICSP, or SSCP.
  • Experience with SharePoint versions including 2013, 2016, 2019, SE, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience managing SQL clusters, patch maintenance for SharePoint farms, and load balancers like F5 BigIP or Citrix NetScaler.
  • Experience with M365/O365 services including Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, as well as PKI and claims-based authentication.
  • US Citizenship is required.
