The SharePoint Administrator 3/4 joins the CIDO Classified Solutions team to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. This role involves performing as a SharePoint Systems Administrator where you will maintain multi-user computer systems, coordinate with network administrators, and evaluate vendor products to recommend hardware and software purchases. You will develop policies for resource allocation, manage service accounts, tune system performance, and create detailed technical procedures while ensuring compliance with strict security protocols. The required technical toolkit includes Microsoft 365, Office 365 administration, Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power BI, Windows Server operating systems, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server databases. Additionally, you will utilize SharePoint-specific tools such as ULS Logs, workflows, and forms to solve complex problems within a high-security environment involving classified information systems.
Perform as a SharePoint Systems Administrator in support of classified government contracts.
Maintain multi-user computer systems and coordinate with network administrators for smooth operations.
Evaluate vendor products and provide recommendations for hardware and software purchases.
Develop and monitor policies and standards for the allocation of computing resources.
Manage Windows Systems while adhering to strict security policies and procedures.
Create detailed technical procedures, installation instructions, and security documentation for regulatory agencies.
Resolve complex technical problems and perform system tuning and performance monitoring.
Manage administrative tasks including account setup, software installation, and mass storage allocation.
What we're looking for
Must possess a current U.S. Government Secret level security clearance at minimum.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and access to Special Programs.
Must hold a Security+ certification or higher.
Must be able to work on-site full-time in Redondo Beach, CA.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365 administration, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) is required.
Experience with Windows Server operating systems, PowerShell scripting, and SQL Server databases is required.
Experience with SharePoint tools including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms is required.
Education requirements vary by level: Master's with 3+ years experience, Bachelor's with 5+ years, Associate's with 7+ years, or High School with 9+ years.
