What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, React JS, or Angular.
Experience with AWS services including ECS, EKS, S3, SQS, Lambda, Event Bridge, SNS, and related cloud concepts.
Hands-on experience with distributed streaming platforms like Kafka.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) or non-relational databases (e.g., Cassandra).
Expertise in monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana to create dashboards and alerts.
Experience integrating security measures, including threat modeling and vulnerability assessment, into the software development lifecycle.
