What you'll do

Define requirements for test methods used in design verification and qualification campaigns.
Develop automated test station hardware and software for engineering labs and production environments.
Execute design verification and qualification plans on complex satellite avionics.
Influence product designs to improve manufacturing and testing efficiency (DFM/DFT).
Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and work instructions.
Commission and upgrade test racks for new production stations or hardware revisions.
Troubleshoot and repair test setups in collaboration with liaison engineers.
Develop reporting tools to track and analyze manufacturing KPIs.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
Experience planning and executing test campaigns for electronics systems including Design Verification, Qualification, and Environmental Test.
Experience defining test requirements for complex electronic systems.
Experience with analog, digital, and high-speed circuit design using ECAD tools.
Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in technical program management, space operations, RF lab equipment, or hardware test framework software development (preferred).
