Audio Video Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Monitor and maintain the global video fleet to ensure peak operational health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing incidents, hardware issues, and software malfunctions.
• Manage cloud video interoperability partners to ensure service success and meet KPIs.
• Use AI tools and ServiceNow to create dashboards and report on performance metrics.
• Plan yearly equipment refresh cycles and site expansion activities based on depreciation schedules.
• Evaluate new technologies for deployment and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Identify incident trends and implement solutions to reduce support ticket volume.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure successful project delivery and service fulfillment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Experience in audio-visual centric operations and service delivery.
• Experience with Cisco/Polycom fleet operations and management platforms like Webex Control Hub or Poly Lens.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools including Zoom meetings and webinars.
• Experience with hardware such as Crestron, Extron, QSC, Biamp, Shure, and various display vendors.
• Experience using AI technologies and applications for enablement, reporting, and dashboarding.
• Proven experience in C-level executive interactions and professional communication.
• Experience with project management, process implementation, and technical troubleshooting.
