What you'll do

Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end.

What we're looking for

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
You need 3–6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Merchant/Partner Success, Product Operations, or Business Strategy.
You must have experience owning partner-facing KPIs end-to-end.
You must be able to build operational mechanisms like onboarding flows and feedback loops from scratch.
You must be comfortable working in the field with merchants and on-the-ground operations teams.
You must be able to define, instrument, and analyze metrics to distinguish signal from noise.
You must communicate clearly across different audiences, translating technical trade-offs into merchant-friendly language.
Experience launching new technology, hardware, or complex products with external partners is preferred.
