What you'll do

  • Use SQL and AI tools to analyze data and identify opportunities to reduce supply chain shrink.
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions to improve profitability across the DashMart business.
  • Set short-term and long-term financial goals for shrink and create playbooks to achieve them.
  • Translate analytical insights into scalable operational experiments that deliver measurable results.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to build and implement technical or process-driven fixes.
  • Define new processes and requirements to solve complex problems in undefined areas of the business.
  • Monitor and report on key profitability metrics to ensure project success.

What we're looking for

  • You must have 4-6+ years of experience in fields such as tech, retail, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must possess a BS/BA degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • You must have advanced SQL proficiency and experience building queries from scratch to drive business decisions.
  • You must be proficient with analytical visualization tools such as Sigma, Mode, or Tableau.
  • You must have subject matter expertise in process improvement, data modeling, supply chain, and financial/business acumen.
  • You must be an AI native who uses tools like Claude, Cursor, or Gemini to enhance workflows.
  • You must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to define new processes and manage cross-functional projects.
