  • Develop deep relationships with key merchant partners to iterate and grow the business.
  • Build go-to-market strategies based on product market fit, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
  • Guide operational improvements for merchant partners by understanding their needs and working with internal teams.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams across various teams to drive growth and scale partnerships.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, or high-growth startups.
  • Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional workstreams and achieve strategic goals.
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills for fostering deep relationships with key partners.
  • Experience guiding operational improvements based on quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback.
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate decision-making and hypothesis testing.
