What we're looking for
Must meet one of the following: Doctorate with 3 years experience, Master’s with 7 years, Bachelor’s with 9 years, Associate’s with 12 years, or High School/GED with 14 years of Information Systems experience.
Must have at least 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
Experience leading enterprise technology products for analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled capabilities is preferred.
Preferred technical proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and cloud-native data engineering architectures.
Preferred experience delivering scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS, including machine learning workloads and operational monitoring.
Preferred expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, and platform operations.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
