What you'll do

  • Serve as the technology leader for agile teams supporting Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities.
  • Translate business strategy into prioritized product roadmaps, release plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle including PI planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and dependency management.
  • Establish and monitor OKRs and performance metrics to ensure delivery predictability and product adoption.
  • Drive AI and advanced analytics initiatives using machine learning and Generative AI to improve business processes.
  • Oversee platform operations including production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud-based data and AI solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional team members to foster a high-performing culture.

What we're looking for

  • Must meet one of the following: Doctorate with 3 years experience, Master’s with 7 years, Bachelor’s with 9 years, Associate’s with 12 years, or High School/GED with 14 years of Information Systems experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology products for analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled capabilities is preferred.
  • Preferred technical proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and cloud-native data engineering architectures.
  • Preferred experience delivering scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS, including machine learning workloads and operational monitoring.
  • Preferred expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, and platform operations.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
