Associate Director, IT Commercial Field Sales Mobile Applications

What you'll do

• Deliver operational data management, reporting, dashboards, and iOS applications to US Commercial and Sales Analytics teams.
• Build IT data and analytics solutions for multiple therapeutic areas and product launches.
• Drive data and analytics transformation programs and manage cross-functional program milestones.
• Manage complex program budgets and generate business cases and ROI frameworks for stakeholders.
• Lead DevOps and delivery teams to manage the data and analytics technology stack, including AWS and Informatica.
• Manage a global vendor ecosystem and direct additional IT resources as required.
• Develop data and analytics roadmaps and streamline the horizontal IT tools portfolio.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure they meet performance goals and professional aspirations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and experience, Master's Degree and experience, or PhD and experience.
• 10+ years supporting Commercial Pharma Sales Analytics and Operations processes (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience with data management and analytics tools and technologies (preferred).
• 5+ years managing technology and analytics vendor support teams (preferred).
• PMP, Scrum Master, CSPO, ITIL, ICP-ACC, Six Sigma SME, or other equivalent certifications (preferred).
• Experience leading major data and analytics transformation projects within a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organization (preferred).
• Deep understanding of Commercial data sets like IQVIA DDD, XPO, XPD, LAAD, SHAPTD, and specialty pharmacy data (preferred).
• Proficiency with SQL or Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy (preferred).
