What you'll do

  • Define and advance the roadmap for commercial data capabilities to support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new data sources, vendor assets, and commercial platforms.
  • Act as the business product owner to turn raw data into marketplace-ready, fit-for-purpose data products.
  • Manage complex integration programs across matrixed teams to align competing business needs and oversee source-to-target mapping.
  • Implement metadata management, business rules, and data quality controls into the data onboarding lifecycle.
  • Evaluate external vendor capabilities and manage relationships with data providers and implementation partners.
  • Define operational support models and enablement strategies to improve the discoverability and adoption of data assets.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in data strategy, data product management, analytics, business intelligence, or technology transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and executing enterprise data strategies, data products, or commercial analytics capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, semantic models, business metrics, and data quality principles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), self-service analytics, governed data products, and AI-ready data ecosystems.
  • Experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
