Director, R&D Information Systems

What you'll do

• Define and oversee clinical operational data and analytics strategy aligned with R&D objectives.
• Lead execution of large-scale technical workstreams spanning multiple business areas.
• Recruit, grow, and retain diverse top talent within the high-performing organization.
• Shape short- and long-range Clinical Systems strategies and infrastructure plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape a shared long-term technical strategy for priority capabilities.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of technical roadmap through strong program governance.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT data analytics or related fields with end-to-end ownership of complex solutions.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, or equivalent technical field.
• 6+ years of technical project management or leadership experience managing multi-year projects and teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and balance multiple priorities effectively.
• 8+ years of direct people-management experience with a focus on talent development and retention.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry data and analytics operations, including regulatory compliance.
• Strong expertise in modern analytics tools, cloud ecosystems, and advanced methodologies for standards and metrics.
