What you'll do

Supervise and direct maintenance staff on shift to oversee assigned tasks.
Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
Resolve maintenance requests and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Install, maintain, and repair critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems.
Train and guide maintenance staff while monitoring performance and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment readings, and inventory.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various maintenance tasks.
Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours emergencies.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be an active member in good standing with Local 877 or willing to join upon acceptance.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of technical and hands-on experience in facility, plant, or data center engineering maintenance.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Required skills include working knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, controls, and electrical systems like UPS and emergency generators.
Proficiency with building automation systems and preventive maintenance practices is required.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and maintenance management software are required.
