What you'll do

Lead the definition and prioritization of product roadmaps to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.

Manage other product managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement the product vision.
Deliver high-quality software solutions to improve client onboarding, lifecycle events, and digital interactions.
Design and monitor business metrics to create a feedback loop for strategic decision-making.
Track key performance indicators regarding product usage, adoption, and client satisfaction to drive improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Five years of experience in software product management or a related role.
Experience leading products through all stages of the development lifecycle using agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, JIRA, or Confluence.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on schedule and within budget.
Experience scaling systems to handle increasing business volumes while optimizing performance and throughput.
Experience managing product backlogs using domain expertise, customer insights, and market research to make informed trade-offs.
