As a Wealth Management Solutions - Product Delivery, Vice President on the Annuity and Insurance Product Delivery & Platform Strategy Team, you will drive strategic initiatives to improve products and platform efficiency. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product delivery, including epic creation, story writing, and overseeing user acceptance testing for annuity and insurance offerings. A primary focus involves leading artificial intelligence initiatives by translating business vision into executable roadmaps, managing scope, and coordinating multi-workstream projects involving technology, data, risk, and compliance. You will partner with internal stakeholders and third-party carriers to deliver AI-enabled tools and process automation. The role requires expertise in project management, advanced analytics, and GenAI delivery within the financial services industry. You must translate complex business needs into technical requirements while managing dependencies across various functional areas to achieve measurable operational improvements.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of annuity and insurance product delivery from epic creation to final sign-off.
Lead the execution of AI initiatives by defining scope, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for business tools and automation.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, including epics and stories for technology teams.
Drive operational excellence by piloting AI capabilities to improve project management efficiency and reporting.
Coordinate all user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate go/no-go decisions for new product launches.
Convert high-level AI strategies into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
Use data analytics to understand user behavior and drive decision-making for business growth and efficiency.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while balancing stakeholder interests, risk impacts, and business goals.
What we're looking for
8–12+ years of experience in project or program management with multi-workstream delivery ownership in technology, data, or digital transformation.
Experience operating at the VP level within the financial services industry.
Subject matter expertise in annuities and/or insurance (preferred).
Direct experience delivering AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation, or GenAI-enabled capabilities.
Ability to translate business strategy into a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and benefits tracking.
Experience managing the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle including epic creation, story writing, UAT, and post-launch measurement.
Proven ability to lead complex projects while influencing without authority across diverse functions like sales, operations, technology, marketing, legal, risk, and compliance.
Ability to facilitate objective prioritization processes and drive timely decisions with senior leadership.
