What you'll do

Define and maintain the Service Assist product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify and prioritize high-value use cases for generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in product management using agile practices including roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization.
Strong conceptual command of AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI.
Ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
High data literacy to interpret data, define metrics, and conduct A/B testing for continuous improvement.
Ability to use AI-assisted and no-code/low-code tools to produce data science outputs without deep coding.
Working knowledge of responsible AI, model evaluation, and AI governance frameworks.
Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred.
Experience delivering AI/ML or conversational AI products for client service or contact center contexts is preferred.
