The Asset Product Management Acceleration & User Design Optimization, Vice President joins the Asset Wealth Management Digital, Data, and Distribution Product Optimization team. This role focuses on evaluating and scaling AI-assisted tools to improve product management workflows, capacity planning, and dependency management across the D3 ecosystem. You will build AI-assisted resource allocation models, redefine team collaboration structures, and manage the risk and control framework for responsible AI deployment. Key responsibilities include defining future product manager skills, managing vendor rationalization, and tracking delivery velocity through OKRs. You will utilize technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and VS Code to accelerate MVP designs. The role solves complex business problems by optimizing the product operating model to deliver measurable P&L value and integrated client journeys.
Evaluate and scale AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate MVP designs and piloting.
Develop an AI-assisted resource allocation model to optimize team structures, vendor budgets, and P&L value.
Manage the risk and control framework to ensure AI tool deployment meets firm data protection and regulatory standards.
Track and report AI adoption metrics, delivery velocity, and business outcomes to senior leadership via OKRs.
Define the future skills and development pathways required for product managers in an AI-augmented environment.
Lead product acceleration by redefining how teams collaborate to deliver integrated, cross-product outcomes.
Manage the product operating model governing agile development, product governance, and cross-product initiatives.
What we're looking for
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology transformation, or organizational design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
Experience with business transformation and organizational design, defining new operating models, and landing large-scale change in complex organizations.
Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools and their implications for team structure, skills, and ways of working.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from adoption metrics and business outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with confidence to work directly with senior leaders.
Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability; able to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results independently (preferred).
Intrinsically motivated, mature, and a great team player who elevates those around them (preferred).
