Vice President, Asset Product Management Acceleration & User Design Optimization

What you'll do

• Evaluate AI-powered tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate MVP designs and product piloting.
• Manage capacity planning, dependency mapping, and resource allocation across the D3 ecosystem to maximize P&L impact.
• Develop a resource allocation model that includes team restructuring and vendor rationalization based on business growth.
• Define the evolution of the product lifecycle by integrating data teams and business intelligence workflows.
• Identify and build development pathways for new skills required for product managers in an AI-augmented environment.
• Manage the risk and control framework to ensure AI tools comply with firm security and regulatory standards.
• Track and report on AI adoption metrics, delivery velocity, and productivity outcomes to senior leadership via OKRs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technology transformation, or organizational design.
• Experience with business transformation and organizational design to define new operating models in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered development tools and their implications for team structure and workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from adoption metrics and productivity data.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills to work directly with senior leadership.
• Experience with OKRs and tying metrics directly to business value and P&L impact (preferred).
• Highly organized team player capable of building relationships across organizational boundaries (preferred).
