Asset Management, Product Owner, Vice President

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a critical data domain from initial intake through final outcomes.
• Manage the product operating cadence including demand management, roadmap sequencing, and release execution.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product direction, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and drive a modernization roadmap for data platforms, quality tooling, and metadata lineage.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to increase straight-through processing and improve data quality.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and sequencing across teams and platforms to ensure predictable outcomes.
• Establish and maintain delivery metrics such as quality, timeliness, adoption, and cycle time.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead for data products, platforms, or critical enterprise services.
• At least 5 years of Financial Services experience with data, technology, and operations experience blended with Asset & Wealth Management data concepts.
• Experience delivering in agile environments with backlog discipline, scope control, and outcome-based execution.
• Proficiency with SQL and/or Python to navigate large datasets, validate hypotheses, and partner with engineering and analytics.
• Practical fluency with AI and Agentic AI for data products, including automated reconciliations, anomaly detection, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to evaluate AI for value, risk, scalability, and operational readiness to turn experimentation into production outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for governance forums and senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with foundational AI tooling, data-quality tooling, and modern data platforms (preferred).
