What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and oversee small-scale construction projects for office and factory renovations.
Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Management or Facilities Management.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Extreme orderliness regarding document control.
Ability to think creatively and strategically about space utilization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
