What you'll do

Define user requirements and manage project design teams including architects and consultants.
Generate accurate cost estimates across all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to construction.
Develop and manage budgets for diverse projects ranging from large greenfield sites to small capital improvements.
Create and implement creative contracting structures to align incentives and minimize risk.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with external project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Perform site due diligence to support executive go/no-go decisions on new projects.
Provide financial reporting and cash flow forecasting in collaboration with the Finance team.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
Proficiency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information or facilities.
Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time, including international travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience with advanced manufacturing projects and construction management software is preferred.
