What you'll do

Lead the execution of small and medium-sized tenant improvement projects including office remodels and infrastructure upgrades.
Coordinate construction activities in occupied spaces to minimize disruption for employees and stakeholders.
Procure vendor teams and manage external staff extension vendors to execute multiple concurrent projects.
Manage project financials by establishing, monitoring, and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the design, permitting, and construction processes to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Facilitate project meetings and serve as the primary point of escalation for issues during delivery.
Develop and improve internal tools, governance, and processes to optimize construction operations.
Analyze project data to identify efficiencies and report investment plans to the real estate organization.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
Experience delivering projects in occupied environments.
Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of the organization.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information or facilities.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
