Senior Manager, Asset Improvement

What you'll do

• Lead a team of project managers executing small to mid-sized capital improvements across the United States.
• Manage construction projects ranging from $100k to $10M including infrastructure, industrial development, and office space.
• Develop an external vendor strategy to facilitate project execution across multiple geographic locations.
• Oversee the capital improvement plan, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly payment processing.
• Mentor staff on project execution while implementing tools and controls to ensure high-quality results.
• Manage the transition of completed projects to operational teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Analyze business metrics and industry trends to identify and implement process improvements for team efficiency.
• Hire, develop, and create career growth plans for a high-performing construction management team.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, preferably with construction industry team members (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
• Full knowledge of the design and construction life cycle from site selection through facilities integration.
• Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
• Ability to effectively communicate at varying levels of organization and adapt to ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
