What you'll do

Manage small and medium-sized tenant improvement projects including office remodels, infrastructure upgrades, and relocations.
Coordinate construction activities in occupied spaces to minimize disruption for employees and stakeholders.
Procure vendor teams and manage external staff extension vendors to execute project requirements.
Establish, monitor, and forecast project financials while ensuring delivery meets specific milestones.
Manage the full project lifecycle including design, permitting, construction, and final turnover to operations.
Develop and improve internal tools, governance, and processes for the Construction Operations team.
Analyze project data to identify efficiencies and optimize overall delivery methods.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
Experience delivering projects in occupied environments.
Competency in CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration.
Ability to effectively communicate at varying levels of the organization and adapt to ambiguity.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to export-controlled information or facilities.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
