What you'll do

Design and execute work plans to address strategic AI opportunities across business units.
Translate AI strategy into product-aligned roadmaps and future-state designs.
Identify high-value AI opportunities by analyzing client needs and business unit drivers.
Support the rollout and deployment of self-service technology platforms for AI adoption.
Conduct data gathering, requirements baselining, root cause analysis, and data modeling for AI projects.
Evaluate the feasibility of technology MVPs and drive automation and ML strategies.
Create strategy presentations, process flow diagrams, job aids, and proof of concepts.
Manage project risks, version control, and quality control for assigned AI work products.

What we're looking for

1-3+ years of experience.
Exposure to strategy, product management, or portfolio support.
Exposure to data platforms, data strategy, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
AI Capability & Strategy background (preferred).
Business Process Re-Engineering experience including workflow, AI, and process automation (preferred).
Ability to build stakeholder networks and influence at all levels of the organization (preferred).
Very strong organizational skills and experience with large cross-functional teams (preferred).
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
