Software Engineering & Development, Officer will join the Global Technology Services team within the Back Office Accounting IT group. The position requires a professional capable of solving complex problems within a sophisticated financial domain to deliver scalable systems. What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and resiliency of business applications on the accounting platform.
Develop enterprise-scale mainframe applications using PL/I, Cobol, CICS, SQL, JCL, and DB2.
Deliver complex technology solutions for high-volume, time-critical processing to produce a Fund’s Net Asset Value.
Ensure all technical solutions meet stringent regulatory, operational, and client requirements.
Identify and execute opportunities for automation within the development and support processes.
Promote agile application development methodologies where appropriate.
Provide subject matter expertise in complex financial domains to support the accounting value stream.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of experience developing enterprise scale applications.
Must possess expertise in a complex financial domain.
Required proficiency in Mainframe technologies including PL/I, Cobol, CICS, SQL, JCL, and DB2.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or associated areas (preferred).
4+ years of experience in a large financial services organization (preferred).
Knowledge of Agile or Industrialized Agile (preferred).
Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
