Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, AVP

What you'll do

• Design and execute strategic AI roadmaps to address high-value business opportunities across the enterprise.
• Translate corporate AI strategy into clear, product-aligned roadmaps and technical requirements.
• Lead the identification of AI opportunities through data gathering, root cause analysis, and data modeling.
• Support the rollout and deployment of self-service technology platforms to accelerate AI adoption.
• Conduct feasibility studies for technology MVPs and drive automation strategies across the organization.
• Manage core project activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and the creation of process flow diagrams.
• Oversee portfolio governance by managing risks, version control, model lifecycles, and quality control.
• Create executive-level materials and presentations to socialize future state designs and AI strategies.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with strategy, product management, or portfolio support.
• Strong background in data platforms, data strategy, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
• AI Capability & Strategy experience (preferred).
• Experience supporting large-scale implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry (preferred).
• Business Process Re-Engineering experience including workflow, AI, and process automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of AI/automation technologies and/or a master’s degree (preferred).
