Apps Support Technical Lead Analyst

What you'll do

• Identify and define necessary system enhancements based on analysis of existing logic and business processes.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex, high-impact application improvements.
• Document technical requirements and support requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and Systems Analysts.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues while proposing effective mitigation options.
• Provide expert advice and counsel to influence strategic functional decisions across the business.
• Act as a coach and mentor to junior analysts while managing work allocation.
• Ensure seamless integration of functions across multiple technology teams to meet organizational goals.

What we're looking for

• 6-10 years of experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency using basic technical tools and systems.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a service-oriented attitude.
