What you'll do

  • Lead applications systems analysis, programming activities, and the implementation of new or revised software programs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology assessments for business needs.
  • Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Provide technical evaluation of business processes and system requirements to recommend advanced programming solutions.
  • Develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to senior stakeholders and junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal regulations, and internal operating standards for all technology projects.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant area.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Java/Java EE or Python Developer delivering end-to-end software solutions.
  • 10+ years of hands-on development experience utilizing the Spring Ecosystem to build scalable microservices architectures.
  • 10+ years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing applications using RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS UI/UX development for responsive frontend solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting data processing solutions on Big Data platforms like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise messaging solutions such as JMS, Tibco, or Kafka.
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to optimize coding efficiency.
  • Experience deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Apache Airflow, BI analytics tools, or credit risk domain knowledge (preferred).
