Senior Technology Lead - Vice President

What you'll do

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams to accomplish established goals and perform personnel duties.
• Provide technical oversight across multiple systems and applications using in-depth knowledge of development areas.
• Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for various projects.
• Formulate strategies for applications development and other functional areas.
• Monitor the delivery of end results and participate in budget management.
• Allocate resources and manage day-to-day staff issues within the team or project.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while managing and reporting control issues.
• Prepare software design artifacts including architecture, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in an Apps Development or systems design role.
• 8+ years of expertise in backend technologies including Spring, Spring Boot Microservices, Java 17+, and Hibernate.
• Experience as an Applications Development Manager and experience as a senior level in an Applications Development role.
• Experience in frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with working knowledge of Angular 16+ (preferred).
• Experience with Git, Oracle PL SQL, and testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, or Playwright; MongoDB experience is desired (preferred).
