TL;DR · Technology Intelligence Vice President

The Technology Intelligence – Vice President will establish and lead a new capability focused on transforming technology information into actionable insights, governed data products, and predictive analytics. This leader will define the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for an enterprise decision-intelligence service. Key responsibilities include building a multidisciplinary team to deliver executive scorecards, semantic models, and risk intelligence while replacing manual reporting with traceable analytical products. The role requires expertise in data governance, predictive forecasting, and responsible AI. The candidate will utilize Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Alteryx to consume data from ServiceNow, Flexera, cloud, security, and finance platforms. This position solves the problem of fragmented reporting by providing a consistent view of technology currency, CMDB health, asset lifecycle, and cloud economics within a highly governed environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and deliver the Technology Intelligence strategy and multiyear roadmap.
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across data products, analytics engineering, and business intelligence.
  • Create authoritative executive scorecards and analytical products for leadership, risk, and regulatory audiences.
  • Develop reusable data products and semantic models to provide a consistent view of technology performance.
  • Improve insights into technology currency, CMDB health, asset lifecycle, and cloud economics.
  • Introduce predictive analytics, automation, anomaly detection, and responsible AI-enabled decision support.
  • Replace manual reporting with governed, repeatable, and traceable analytical products.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, reproducible, and traceable to authoritative source data.

What we're looking for

  • Senior leadership experience in technology intelligence, data and analytics, enterprise reporting, technology management, or a related field.
  • Experience building or transforming an enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, or reporting capability.
  • A strong track record of leading multidisciplinary technical and analytical teams.
  • Experience developing data products, semantic models, executive dashboards, and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, reporting controls, and evidence.
  • Experience translating complex technology information into concise, decision-oriented executive insight.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, forecasting, automation, and the responsible use of AI.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, and highly governed organisation.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Alteryx, or comparable analytical platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, technology asset, service, workflow, or control information (preferred).
  • Experience with Flexera, software asset management, SaaS management, or FinOps (preferred).
  • Experience with technology currency, risk, control, audit, or regulatory reporting (preferred).
  • Experience with product-led operating models and customer-focused data services (preferred).
