Senior Technology Leadership Professional

What you'll do

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
• Recommend and deploy advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation activities.
• Analyze existing workflows to develop documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Oversee daily application support and monitoring activities to ensure system stability and performance.
• Coordinate task execution with onshore and offshore teams to promote consistent adoption of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators for leadership.
• Create and maintain testing strategies aligned with organizational Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress on automation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles.
• 5+ years of technical expertise in Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
• 5+ years of experience in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, process automation, Azure AI, Claude code, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for increased productivity and accuracy.
• Experience with unit testing and mocking.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (preferred).
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability running large-scale projects (preferred).
• Experience with technology solutions assessments and strategy planning oversight (preferred).
