What you'll do

  • Prepare for sales demonstrations, training sessions, and bug reproduction.
  • Create customer-facing content including manuals, guides, videos, and application notes.
  • Oversee the RMA and Loaner teams by providing equipment recommendations and vetting requests.
  • Travel up to 25% to provide in-person engineering support and system integration.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent degree in a relevant STEM field).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attentiveness to detail.
  • Proficiency with PC office applications and mobile devices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites for demos and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with instruments such as spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and signal generators (preferred).
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol, networking, and Linux (preferred).
