What you'll do

Design and test complete solutions to solve unique technical problems for customers.
Define new products and features while performing product evaluations and field trials.
Provide technical support to customers and the sales team through troubleshooting and systems integration.
Test and harden existing features using firmware and hardware changes in realistic applications.
Create and maintain customer-facing documentation including manuals, guides, videos, and application notes.
Support the Sales Engineering team by preparing for demonstrations and recreating field bugs.
Oversee and advise the RMA and Loaner teams on equipment recommendations and request vetting.
Travel up to 25% of the time to provide in-person engineering support and training at customer sites.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent STEM field.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and internal interaction.
Must have proficiency with PC office applications and mobile devices.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for in-person support, demonstrations, and testing.
Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. for setup and testing.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
