Senior Research and Development Networked Electronic Warfare Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and execute full coverage test procedures for novel RF sensing and other effects using company hardware and software.
• Define comprehensive test plans and implement automated testing systems for new designs.
• Perform troubleshooting and qualification of new products and wireless technologies under development.
• Collaborate with software teams to enhance test systems for new features and product configurations.
• Develop logging and analysis tools to monitor the performance of both tested systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct demonstrations of networked electronic warfare capabilities and other wireless products.
• Utilize lab instruments like signal generators and spectrum analyzers to evaluate radio frequency systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in Electronic Warfare system testing.
• Demonstrated experience in embedded software/firmware testing, scripting, C/C++, and Python.
• Proven experience with lab instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and wireless environment emulation equipment.
• Proven experience with wireless and radio communication systems, RF signal propagation principles, and digital communication technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Advanced degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (preferred); experience with TCP/IP networking (preferred).
