What you'll do

Operate, implement, and maintain wireless communication system tests.
Design and implement testing software for automated testing and logging.
Validate and troubleshoot new designs based on performance requirements and expected behaviors.
Conduct lab testing using wireless channel emulators and other instruments.
Perform field testing to qualify system performance in practical environments.
Use signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers for hardware testing.
Support the demonstration of cutting-edge technology through occasional domestic travel.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded firmware development, testing, scripting, embedded Linux, C/C++, and Python.
Minimum 1 year of experience in embedded firmware development, testing, scripting, embedded Linux, C/C++, and Python with an advanced degree.
Demonstrated experience in wireless/networking or an electronics manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with lab instruments such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Proven experience in programming using C/C++, Python, or MATLAB (preferred).
Exposure to networked testing systems and testing embedded radio communication systems (preferred).
