What you'll do

  • Develop and support conversational IVR systems to enhance customer experience across voice, text, and chat channels.
  • Build, configure, and implement Conversational AI (CAI) applications with a focus on multimedia user experience.
  • Perform technical planning, system analysis, design, development, and unit/component testing for all projects.
  • Provide accurate effort estimates for new initiatives in coordination with architects and managers.
  • Maintain high-quality, defect-free code consistent with established technology architecture standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting application integrity across different capabilities and releases.
  • Provide ongoing code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
  • Participate in peer code reviews to ensure technical quality and standard compliance.

What we're looking for

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required with 3 years of experience in Conversational AI or IVR development.
  • A Bachelor's degree is acceptable if accompanied by 5 years of experience in Conversational AI or IVR development.
  • Experience with Genesys and Java Development, including VXML and client backend integration, is required.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Cyara, and Confluence is required.
  • Experience with voice and digital domain testing tools like Hammer is required.
  • Experience with Spring/Springboot, RestAPI, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis, Postgre SQL, and Oracle SQL is required.
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for deployment and Junit for testing technologies is required.
  • Experience with monitoring instrumentation using Splunk and Grafana, as well as KORE Platform and Nuance, is required.
