JOB TITLE: Application Development Senior Advisor- Hybrid The Application Development Senior Advisor joins a large transformational program team to develop and support conversational call flows for various lines of business. This role focuses on building, configuring, and implementing Conversational IVRs and CAI applications to create personalized customer experiences across voice, text, and chat channels. Key responsibilities include performing technical planning, systems analysis, design, development, and unit testing while maintaining quality code and providing post-production support. The position requires expertise in Genesys, Java Development with VXML, Spring/Springboot, RestAPI, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis, and SQL. Candidates must also utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, Cyara, Hammer, Jenkins, Junit, Splunk, Grafana, KORE Platform, and Nuance to ensure defect-free programming and seamless integration within the enterprise technology architecture.

What you'll do

  • Build, develop, and support Conversational IVRs aligned to business needs and technology standards.
  • Build, configure, and implement CAI applications and design user experiences for multimedia applications.
  • Perform technical planning, systems analysis, design, development, and unit and component systems testing.
  • Create and maintain high-quality, defect-free code consistent with established standards.
  • Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
  • Participate in peer coding reviews and provide effort estimates for new projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and address issues affecting application integrity, such as cross-capability or release issues.

What we're looking for

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in Conversational AI Development/IVR Application Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Conversational AI Development/IVR Application Development.
  • Experience with Genesys, Java Development including VXML, and client backend integration.
  • Experience with Jira, Cyara, and Confluence.
  • Experience with voice and digital domain testing tools such as Hammer.
  • Experience with Spring/Springboot, RestAPI, Microservices, MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis, Postgre SQL, and Oracle SQL.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Junit, Splunk, Grafana, KORE Platform, and Nuance.
