What you'll do

Develop and support conversational call flows to meet business goals.
Build and configure Conversational AI applications for voice and text channels.
Design user experience for multimedia applications in assisted service channels.
Provide effort estimates for new projects in conjunction with Solution Architects.
Identify and address issues affecting application integrity across capabilities/releases.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in Conversational AI development and IVR application development.
Proficiency in Java Development including VXML and client backend integration using Spring/Springboot, Hibernate, RestAPI, Microservices.
Experience with Genesys tools such as GVP and Desktop within a large-scale financial enterprise environment.
Expertise in testing tools like Hammer, Cyara, Junit, EasyMock, Mockito for voice and digital domain testing.
Knowledge of databases (MongoDB, Oracle SQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
