What you'll do

Build, develop, and support Conversational IVRs aligned with business needs and technology standards.
Build, configure, and implement CAI applications for assisted service channels like voice, text, and chat.
Design user experiences for multimedia applications to provide personalized customer interactions.
Provide effort estimates for new projects and initiatives in coordination with the Solution Architect.
Perform technical planning, systems analysis, design, development, and unit/component testing.
Create and maintain high-quality code while ensuring defect-free programming consistent with standards.
Provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles and post-production deployment.
Identify and resolve issues affecting application integrity across different capabilities and releases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computers or Engineering.
5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience with Conversational AI development and IVR application development.
Proficiency with Genesys, including Genesys GVP and Genesys Desktop.
Java Development skills including VXML and client backend integration.
Experience with Spring/Springboot, JavaScript, Hibernate, RestAPI, Microservices, and ReactJS.
Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tools like AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Nuance.
