What you'll do

Design and develop modern, scalable, N-tier enterprise applications and components.
Drive major deliverables across all aspects of design and software delivery for partner IT and business teams.
Provide guidance on frameworks, patterns, best practices, and approved technologies to development teams.
Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and promote better architecture documentation.
Create technical strategies based on an understanding of future business needs.
Optimize application performance metrics in coordination with the PVS team.
Evaluate and prioritize business team requests while aligning technical goals with leadership objectives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in any full-stack development role (or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience).
Experience in interactive web application development and backend services development.
Expertise in designing technical solutions using object-oriented concepts and microservice design patterns.
Experience in application performance tuning, optimization for speed, and scalability.
Proficiency in cloud-based distributed software architecture and design.
Technical proficiency in Java, J2EE, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
Familiarity with SAFe methodology, SCRUM methodology, test automation frameworks, and mocking frameworks.
