What you'll do

Design and develop modern, scalable, N-tier enterprise applications and components.
Drive major deliverables across all aspects of design and software delivery for partner teams.
Provide guidance on frameworks, patterns, best practices, and approved technologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
Create a technical strategy based on an understanding of future business needs.
Optimize application performance metrics and ensure performance standards are met.
Evaluate and prioritize business team requests to align with technical goals.
Contribute to the overall digital strategy and strategic planning.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in any full-stack development role.
Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in any full-stack development role.
Experience in interactive web application development and backend services development.
Experience in application performance tuning and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Experience designing technical solutions using object-oriented concepts and microservice design patterns.
Experience with cloud-based distributed software architecture and design.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Angular, Spring Boot, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and mocking frameworks.
Knowledge of SAFe methodology, SCRUM methodology, and test automation frameworks.
